News archives November 2002 Consultation expert joins Hallmark PR An expert in community consultation is the latest recruit to Hallmark PR in Winchester. Susannah Hines has joined as senior account manager from mobile telecommunications operator Orange, where she was PR Manager based in central London. "When I decided to move to Winchester, Hallmark PR was my first choice because of the consultancy's strong reputation for community consultation and strategic planning," Susannah said. Susannah, 28, graduated from Nottingham Trent University's broadcast journalism degree course before working at the British Safety Council, Thurrock Council and, lately, Orange. She will be working with director Steve Osborne-Brown on the consultancy's PR Negotiation practice, which supports clients on planning applications as well as advising Hallmark PR's social housing clients. Hallmark PR's policy of promoting from within has resulted in the elevation of Steve Wilson to account director and to join the consultancy's management team. Steve joined as an account manager in 2000 and now manages some of the consultancy's most important accounts including fast-growing Bowman Power in Southampton.
