Hallmark PR's Investor in People hat trick

Hallmark PR in Winchester has been recognised for its continued commitment to people development securing Investor in People (IiP) status for the third time.

Following a comprehensive audit in September, the UK Top 150 consultancy has been presented with the prized certificate of achieving the national standard for effective Investment in People.

"We were one of the first PR consultancies in the UK to achieve IiP and have always worked hard to improve the training and development of our staff," said managing director Dr Tom Watson.

"When we first gained IiP in 1997, it helped us make major improvements to our management and client service. Since then, it has been a benchmark for continuous development for all our staff."

Tom Watson recommends IiP for small and medium businesses. "If you want to make sure your business objectives are linked to people development, IiP is an excellent route to take", he said.

Hallmark PR has also presented certificates to Hannah Brown and Chris Skerry for completing their account executive development programme at the consultancy.

"This programme is part of the staff development strategy that has been strongly influenced by Investor in People," Tom Watson said. "Hannah and Chris have benefited from the comprehensive training as has Hallmark and all our clients through better service."
