New team at the helm of Hallmark PR
Winchester-based public relations consultancy, Hallmark PR, has undergone a change
of leadership following a successful management buyout.
The new leadership team of Steve Osborne-Brown, Steve Wilson and Helen Symes have
bought the company from departing majority shareholders and company founders Tom & Jenny Watson.
Steve Osborne-Brown said, "We have a strong team with extensive experience in our core areas of
technology, housing, planning, business services and issues management. We're planning to rapidly
build on these foundations and focus on developing new service packages for high-growth SMEs which
we believe offer dynamic expansion opportunities in the medium term.
"Our client base has always featured national and international as well as regional clients. We're
anticipating a continuing increase in our international business as a result of my recent appointment
as European Chairman of the Worldcom Public Relations network, the largest global network of independent PR consultancies."
The change was brought about when Tom Watson accepted a position as Associate Professor and Head of the
School of Communication at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst in his native Australia.
