Hallmark PR announces expansion

LEADING Winchester based public relations consultancy, Hallmark Public Relations, has appointed two new account managers to handle the growing amount of business from new and current clients.

Steve Osborne-Brown, has joined as Senior Account Manager dealing principally with planning issues, crisis management and employee relations. His PR experience dates back to the mid 80's when he worked as Public Relations Officer in the Royal Navy. More recently he has managed the public relations and communications function of Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service. Steve is a member of the Institute of Public Relations and lives in Winchester with his wife Sam and their 3-year-old daughter Tegan. Speaking of his appointment Steve said:

"I am delighted to be joining such a renowned company. The Hallmark PR name is well-known and respected throughout the industry and I anticipate a long and successful future meeting our clients requirements."

Eva Lambert joins as Account Manager from Ordnance Survey in Southampton where she worked as Public Relations Officer providing support for business and consumer technology products. Her creative efforts resulted in two Mapping Agency products being chosen for the Design Council's Millennium Products award. She will be working predominately on business to business accounts with clients such as leading accountants KPMG. Eva gained a BA (Hons) in business studies at Bournemouth University and has been involved in public relations since graduating in 1994. Eva is very pleased to have joined Hallmark:
